[IRCA] TP 1 Sep Victoria version

A very sub-par morning again until around 1300UT, when a mix of mostly regular DUs and Asiatics struggled through.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

no

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

738 Tahiti? briefly at this level 1317UT with pop mx
774 JOUB EE lessons, seemed to be a sort of play (at least the EE portion) 1311UT

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

612 4QR likely, man talking DU EE 1314UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

756 woman talking, DU EE? 1236UT
819 man talking, perhaps DU EE, but too tough in splash
909 Southern Star? soft ballad 1246UT
972 man and woman talking, might be KK, but too much splash 1312UT
1008 man and woman talking 1244UT; splash made it hard to guess language
1116 man talking DU EE? 1150UT
1566 HLAZ? woman in likely JJ 1309UT
1575 VoA? deep voiced man talking 1309UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

702 864 1269 1287 1503

best wishes,

Nick
