[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle on March 28

It was another routine late March TP session today, with several of the 
regulars dutifully checking in.  Most of the action was at the low end 
of the dial today.  Conditions were sort of similar to what Gary 
reported, which occasionally happens around here, believe it or not.


GOOD
774    JOUB, 1249 briefly good with English lesson.  Brief talk about 
about origami cranes presented to an Iranian student group by the nephew 
of a 1945 Hiroshima bombing victim.  It was followed by a  man in 
Japanese interspersed with the phrases, "exposure to radiation" and 
"mass destruction".
1566    HLAZ, forceful animated talk by man in Japanese 1302, briefly good

FAIR
594    JOAK, animated female talk 1235
693    JOAB, English lesson, mentioning California a couple of times 1234
747    JOIB, English lesson 1237, same voices as 693, though neither was 
audible at the same time
850    KICY, ID by woman under KHHO 1300
972    HLCA, fast talking Korean man 1239

POOR
702    Unid bits of audio in KIRO splatter 1235, definite hum so likely 
a mix of NHK2 and slightly off freq N Korea.
780    KNOM, ID & time check under KKOH 1200, both stations then went 
into ABC news with slight echo in the audio
828    JOBB, very faint talk //774 1250
963    Weak female talk 1309, probably CRI
981    CNR1, Chinese man & woman 1341
1053     Korean jammer 1324
1287    Faint talk 1345
