My hunch from Alberta you'd hear WIZM LaCrosse WI, but this doesn't sound at all like that. WCMT in Martin TN. Not quite, either IMO. It sounds like WCVE to me, but nothing even remotely close to 
that, that I can find. WDOV DE seems outrageously far...
