[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 3/27/14

Listening for TP signals this morning I was only able to hear 774 JOUB, Akita J.  The signal was heard at barely audible to poor strength from 1129 GMT.  After 
the NHK TS pips at 1200, I listened for other TP signals but heard none past local sunrise at 1224.   

Receiver:  Tecsun PL-310 with 7-inch FSL.
