[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle on MArch 18

I tend to agree with Gery's comments about today's TP DX.  Not bad, but 
not as good as some recent days and not much of a sunrise enhancement.  
There were no big surprises - the stations that came in well today were 
the usual powerhouses.


GOOD
693    JOAB, briefly overriding CBU splatter 1332 with Chinese lesson
774    JOUB, Chinese lesson 1338
890    KBBI presumed, "Democracy Now" program briefly atop CJDC 1303, 
matches listed schedule
972    HLCA, music and man in Korean 1235
1566    HLAZ, woman with the usual end of the day's Japanese program 1344

FAIR
594    JOAK, 1300 3+1   pips, brief piano music, then Japanese talk
648    VoR, woman in Chinese 1318, amid moderate 650 splatter
747    JOIB, weather report 1314
1053    Korean jammer 1342

POOR
567    bits of talk in KVI splatter 1242. probably JOIK
702    Faint talk 1310, female inflections consistent with North Korea, 
male sounded //693 weather report. noticeable buzz, probably from NK 
being off-freq
