[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 1-27

Hello All,

It was a pretty typical mid-winter doldrums session here as a mediocre sunrise enhancement boosted several low and high band Asian regulars up to anemic levels around 1535.

A very dreary band at 1500 started showing weak signs of life around 1515 as 1566-HLAZ came out of the noise with fair signals in and out, peaking with good signals at around 1530 (as Dennis reported). This was the only fairly vibrant Asian signal for the entire session. On the high band 1575-VOA and 1593-CNR1 also managed fair signals in and out of the domestic splatter around 1540. Unlike Dennis I did have a few low band TP's make anemic appearances, but you needed to be at the right place at the right time to catch their wispy audio. Around 1533 there was a ghostly mix on 603 with the deep-voiced Korean male (presumed HLSA) joining a Chinese female (presumed Hulun Buir), as well as very brief fade-ups from 594-JOAK and 648-VOR around the same general time. As usual the low band Asians bailed out first, leaving only 1566-VOA with any real audio by 1545. Overall it was a very forgettable morning, but actually fairly typical for a mid-winter session. After a couple of except!
ional days recently (like 1-18 and 1-24), maybe we have developed some unrealistic expectations?
