Listened from 1345-1521 utc. Star of the morning was HLAZ 1566 with a S-9+40db signal at times using the Palstar tuner tuned to 1566. Upper channels much better than the lower channels. Some assumed Chinese stations on 1458 & 1476. Best morning in a while here.

529    ALASKA, Level Island,  1349 weak signal with weather forecast. NW ewe. 11/18/2013

567   JAPAN, Sapporo, JOIK NHK1 1416 weak signal with man in Japanese. Moderate splatter. NW ewe. 11/18/2013
