[IRCA] New ULR station - WELO 580

I added another new station to my ULR log overnight.

11/4/13
0555 GMT  580 kHz, WELO, Tupelo MS (0.095 kW at 828 km/514 mi).  Barely audible to poor signal in WIBW null with oldies music.  Partial ID "...heart and soul, WELO...translator..." at 0602.   QRM: KJMJ.  ULR station #1030 (barefoot #1016).  Receiver: Sony SRF-T615.
