[IRCA] TP for 27 October 2013: Continues the gradual fall

Listened this morning between 13:55 and now (15:04).  Conditions are
gradually falling off, but with still quite a bit of activity.  A little
bit of everything noted today, including DU activity and a single LW
Russian.  Conditions to the NW were not as good as yesterday.  SAQ 529 was
strong on Sunday, but just barely there today.

279:  Radio Rossii:  Good reception at 13:55
612:  Snippets of DU activity today.
639:  Good on North loop at 14:33, // to 945 (fair).
1098:  weak audio, may be // to 7350, but not 100% sure.
1116:  4BC at good level at 14:18 with Johny Cash's "Love is a Burning
Thing" from Ring of Fire.
    Anyone else hearing DU like I am???
1575 and 1566 both were long lasting this morning.  I'm still hearing VOA
at fair level at 15:13 UTC
The NHK2 stations are signing off now.  774 is in the clear and relatively
strong with there prolonged sign-off at 15:13.
