[IRCA] French Language on 1550khz



Paul is correct.  Current NRC Log has:

1550 CBEF Windsor ON U3 10000  1000
FF:VAR-Cf-NSP--"La Premiere Chaine 1550 AM/103.1 FM"

I guess they moved from 540 to 1550 to fill the gap created by CBE's move to FM.
