[IRCA] HLAZ 1566 kHz 1612 utc

Good morning,

Two stations with audio in the 1600 utc hour. Best being HLAZ 1566 with a steady weak signal. The Palstar MW 550P  tuner really helps these poor to weak signals produce some audio,

594     Poor audio with man in Japanese. 1618 utc
639     Het level 2 1616 utc
648     Het level 2 1615 utc
972     Het level 4 1614 utc
1323   Het level 3 1613 utc
1566   REPUBLIC OF KOREA,  Cheju, HLAZ FEBC 1605-1612 utc steady weak signal with moderate splatter. Man in Chinese. Still around at 1622 utc with poor signal,
