[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 10-5

Hello All,

It was another strange morning which started out as an Asian clunker, but finally broke into a strange pattern of modest low and high band TP signals. Once again the Asians sounded completely comatose right up until 1335, without even a decent carrier. At 1345 there was finally some fair audio from 594-JOAK, which was followed at 1350 with fair audio from 693-JOAB and poor audio from the Korean parallels 558-HLQH and 603-HLSA. Meanwhile on the high band 1377-China (of all stations) had the best audio of the morning around 1403, with long music sets reaching good levels in and out until 1410. 1575-VOA also made a late recovery around 1410 with fair signals, and very late in the session a presumed 738-BEL2 reached poor audio with threshold Chinese speech in and out at 1412.

The overall conditions were mediocre to say the least, but the strange pattern of only low and high band Asians showing up (without a trace of the mid-band Korean big guns on 972 and 1053, usually the strongest TP's here) was really unusual.
