When I logged it last year it was on a Saturday night following a Friday night HSFB broadcast. It sounds like they remember to turn it on for the game but forget to turn it off after the game.

since at least as far back as Fri HSFB.  SS was XEEP as usual, weak as is in 
side null of this antenna system, but an ID noted on my 2200 CDT recording.
