[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 9/23/13
TP signals were a bit better here this morning (LSR at 1219).
702 unID het (no audio) from Asia heard at 1151-1157, peaking to fair strength. Still audible at 1210.
747 JOIB Sapporo J barely audible talk //JOUB at1102.
774 JOUB Akita J first heard at 1038 with fair signal on barefoot PL-310. Not heard after 1117.
864 unID trace of a signal observed at 1212.
972 HLCA Dangjin KOR with strong het at 1126. Barely audible KK talk and TS at 1159-1200. Fair signal at 1202 with man speaking KK.
1053 ROK jamming signal at 1128 with fair strength.
Receiver: PL-310 with Quantum QX Loop and 7-inch FSL.
