[IRCA] ULR DX.....UNID 1060 KHZ in ARABIC???

Hi Guys:

 At 0145 EDT I have a Station in KYW's Null playing Arabic String/Drum Music. Male announcer in Arabic sounding language between selections. Not Positive of Arabic...but at least similar sounding???

Who is this?? Could this possibly be XEEP Radio Educacion in Mexico City??? I seem to recall other loggings of XEEP with AA Programming???

Heard on a SONY SRF-T615 Ultralight Barefoot.
