[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 9/22/13
TP DX has been down here the past few days. Listening this
morning, I was only able to hear audio from JOIB 747 and
JOUB 774 with the latter being best. There were also weak
hets on 612 and 972 kHz.
Receiver: Tecsun PL-310 with Quantum QX Loop.
