[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 9-17

Hello All,

As Richard reported there was somewhat of a drop off in TP propagation this morning, with decent audio pretty much limited to the big guns (594, 747, 774, 828, 972, 1053 and 1134) here. Two minor exceptions were 558 and 603, the latter of which had a low-level snarl between HLSA and China all session long. 657-Pyongyang and 1143-Taiwan also had brief moments of decent audio, although 738-Taiwan was missing in action (go figure).

With the general slowdown the most exciting activity was listening to HLSA and China fight it out on 603, which was an equal-level contest for most of the morning until China finally put away the Korean station around 1333. The only reason that this 603 TP mix could be heard this morning was the completely splatter-free frequency here, since the overall band seemed to be sliding down a little compared to yesterday.
