[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 8-27-13

Listened from 1230-1255 UT and heard my first audio of the season from HLAZ-1566 there sure was a lot of t-storm noise today.  Weak carriers on 594, 693 and 774.

1566  HLAZ  hrd at 1250 UT with man talking.
