[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 3-22

Hello All,

The band again seemed to be stuck in a Twilight Zone between normal and auroral conditions, with overall results even worse than yesterday. Poor-fair audio from 738-Tahitit and 1566-HLAZ around 1315 was the only sign of TP life, and these fizzled out well before sunrise. It was almost bad enough to finally "call it a season" (at least until tomorrow morning).
