[IRCA] TP for 26 Feb 2013; Victoria version

Enhancement today was slim pickings on top of a slimmer baseline. There was a
weak post 1500UT DU enhancement, and there may have been a DU or two earlier,
but really, everything was too weak. It seems like a good time for the antennas
to come down for some needed tree pruning, hi, and in fact I just got the word
today. Mind you, the prospect of there being a sudden opening will likely cause
me to throw up a temporary Flag off to the side.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

747 JOIB Oddly, this had quite a good enhancement at 1442UT, with music box, an
early s/off.
774 JOUB also at 1442UT, s/off music box, just this and 747, everything else was
in the murk, not even audio traces on 828

reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

none

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker:

594 JOAK man in JJ 1444UT
1566 HLAZ woman in CC 1448UT, as good as it got.

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

567 unID and JOIK. At 1414UT, there was a woman talking not //594, but at
1444UT, man talking //594
612 4QR? man then woman talking, DU EE inflection 1502UT
756 unID man talking 1446UT
792 woman talking 1503UT, 4RN?
972 man talking 1443UT, HLCA?
1116 woman talking 1504UT, DU EE inflection, so 4BC?
1287 man talking 1415UT, JOHR?

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

738 891 1098 1575

best wishes,

Nick
