[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 15 Dec 2012

       This morning it was back to the previous pattern, with all the 
TP audio being at the top end of the dial.  VOA 1575 was top dog today, 
with fair to good audio, peaking around 1500.  Otherwise it was just 
poor to occassionally fair from 1566 and poor on 1593.   Down lower, 774 
was the best, with a good carrier, but not quite to audio level. 
Listened in the 1445-1510 time period.
