[IRCA] NE Oregon Saturday TPs

Another decent morning with the "reduced size antennas", not quite as 
good audio on anything as yesterday but still some audio on several 
channels. Hets over the whole low and mid band, only a few high band 
hets, no high band audio. All Asian except for possibly 738 which might 
have been Tahiti, couldn't tell for sure. No LWBC.
567, 594, 738, 747, 774, 819, 828, 1287 all had audio varying from very 
poor to weak, in the 1335-1440 utc time. 738 first heard at 1335, so 
possibly Tahiti then, later Asian.
