[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle for Nov 2

Once again, it wasn't a  great morning but a few TPs meekly crawled out 
of their holes for cameo appearances.  For some reason the normally 
reliable Koreans on 972 and 1566 were completely missing today.

Somewhat OK audio for very brief periods:
774    JOUB, woman in JJ 1450, pips at 1500
1575    VOA, woman in SEA language 1358, later noted weak English ID 1430

Bits and pieces of stuff in the noise and splatter
693    JOAB weather very poor 1308
747    JOIB man with weather, poor  1317
750    KFQD, ID and CBS nx u/Portland 1400
1557    Talk trying to break through the splatter 1435, couldn't tell 
what language
