[IRCA] NE Oregon Friday TPs

Very good TP conditions this morning, with several with audio, one with 
good audio. All presumed JJ except for 1575 VOA.
738, 774, 828 presumed JJ, very poor/poor at first, 1412 utc. 774 rose 
to medium level, good 100% copy with JJ man interviewing American woman, 
all in EE, 1428-1432 with no station break at 1430.
1575 presumed VOA, woman talking, poor/weak at times 1415 utc.
1725 GA PNG beacon good level, easy copy with no audio filter 1416 utc.
(no LWBC today)

R75, active whip, E/W 8' active loop. (Loop is 2 S units lower than 
active whip but sometimes has better signal to noise ratio)
