[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 10-29-12

Listened from 1305-1350 utc and all action was on the top part of the band with audio from HLAZ-1566 and CNR1-1593.  The best audo was from CNR1 and at times it was very good.  Only weak carriers on the bottom part of the band.
