[IRCA] TP's in Seattle - 24 October

I had a rather boring TP opening today.   There were no enhancements to 
speak of, but a few of the usual suspects sometimes produced weakish audio.

Fair-poor reception at language recognition level or better, possibly 
good enough for someone to understand a few words
JOIB-747 and JOUB-774 at 1321
HLCA-972 at 1330
HLAZ-1566 at 1320

Traces of audio in the splatter, or possibly just wishful thinking
981 at 1405
1557 at 1433

Carrier-only -  594 738 828 1053 1476 1575 1593 1602, some of them 
barely there.
