[IRCA] TP Oct 23, 2012 / Victoria version

It's 1450UT, and I've seen no sign of enhancement (though 972 has 
finally shown a touch of audio), after listening on and off for the 
last two hours, so here's the very limited report for the morning.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

none


reasonable audio  at  times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

none


not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or 
noise could be
understood by a native speaker:

none



Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

738 woman talking, sounded like it could be FF 1403UT
972 man talking at 1450UT
1008 two men talking, likely DU EE, 1250UT
1566 man talking CC inflection 1404UT
1575 woman talking in local noise 1434UT

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):
