[IRCA] Alberta TP/DUs for 12 Sep 2012

     As noted by others, a much improved morning today, in fact my best 
TP morning of the season thus far, especially on the lower part of the 
dial.  Asian audio was limited to Japan and Korea, but I'm not 
complaining.  Audio from Japan noted on 567, 594, 693, 702, 747, 774, 
828, 873, 954, 1188, 1242, and 1287.  Surprisingly, the 10 kW NHK 
stations on 702 were often matching the level of the powerhouse on 
adjacent 693.  Some very weak audio on 585 was quite likely Japan too, 
but there wasn't enough to be certain. Korea was heard on the regulars, 
972 and 1566.
The TP action seemed to begin earlier than the norm, with a number of 
the Japanese already at audio level when I started listening at 1155.
As the TPs began to fade, I heard weak audio from several Australian, on 
612, 702, 891, 1548, and 1611, all in the 1300-1310 window except for 
the ABC on 891, which peaked around 1230.
