[IRCA] Alberta DU for 26 Aug 2012

   Still no terribly exciting DX to report from southern Alberta but at
least 891 made audio today to break the drought.  Pretty sure it was ABC
given the programming, but no definite ID heard.   No other audio noted,
and actually the upper end of the dial was quite poor, with only very weak
carriers.  Stronger ones on 675, 747,774, 828 etc.
