Listened from 1128 to 1250 utc.  three Russian long-waves were in.  Tahiti's signal was
way down from previous mornings.  HLAZ 1566 was in briefly before the 1200 hour.  DU 
hets were few this morning.  All times utc.

153    RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1146 steady weak signal with man in Russian. Static.
180    RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1128 fair signal with man/woman in Russian. Static.
279    RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1148 very weak with man in Russian accompanied by music.
738    TAHITI, Radio Polynesie 1241 weak at best with woman/man in French.
1566   REPUBLIC OF KOREA HLAZ 1137 weak music on the NW ewe.  1150 weak signal with 
               woman in Japanese?
