[IRCA] NE Oregon Friday TPs

Only a couple with audio, mostly low/mid band hets. Only 1548 with a 
decent het on top end. But 891 was the star with DU 4TAB weak at times, 
100% copy, horseracing and racing results, very short musical cuts 
between events . Even heard through 890 Idaho after 1200 utc when Idaho 
came on, 4TAB lasting to about 1213 utc (first heard 1149 utc). No sign 
of 891 5AN today.
855 DU talk very poor/poor 1156 utc.
738 very poor/poor unknown talk 1201 utc.
1116 DU talk, very poor 1204 utc.
1071, 1098, 1116 hets last to fade away around 1230 utc.
LWBC Rossii 180, 279 both poor 1124 utc.
Usual 530 ADK Adak Alaska beacon not heard today.
