[IRCA] WNVR 1030 IL will be on an hour late until DST goes into effect

Polskie Radio WNVR 1030 which is super local to me doesn't understand that DST isn't yet in effect and stayed on an hour late tonight til 7 pm CST. They've done this since DST was changed to start in March a few years ago. Hopefully someone can add this Polish pest to their logs over the next ten days til we are DST.

Note that they do NOT use their night power. 73 KAZ Barrington IL
