[IRCA] No go vs. XEBG. Could next test station plz put a 140-170+ 99.99% dBµV/m skywave to San Diego, CA?

... so I have a chance at catching them?  I believe I struck out with the KRPI test.  (I did record it though.)  Of the several tests that have been on in the past year or so, the only one I've logged was the 1490 in New Mexico.  I doubt I have much of a chance at the two tests tomorrow, and there's a chance I may not be around to try.  Also it'd help if it's on a frequency that isn't assigned to any stations within about 250 miles of me, or 1000 miles if it's the same or opposite direction. :|
