[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 14 Jan 2012

Not much to be heard this morning, with VOA Thailand on 1575 being the 
only one with any type of readable audio, reaching poor-fair level 
around 1500.      Very faint audio traces also on Korea 1566 and Japan 
747, but that was it.
