[IRCA] TP's for Thursday 12/29/11

A scan of the long-wave and MW band revealed some Russian long-waves
present.  Fair was the best signal of the bunch from 180.  The best TP signal
was a level 4 carrier on 774 kHz.  

153       RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 0730-0735 steady weak signal with woman in
             Russian.
180       RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 0737 fair signal with man in Russian.
189       RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 0738 weak signal with woman in Russian.
234       RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 0739 weak signal with woman in Russian.
279       RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 0740 weak signal with woman in Russian.
