[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 27 Dec 2011 - The Grinch Who Stole the Signals

   My first chance to listen post-Christmas, and not a thing to be 
heard.    The best any TP could manage was a strongish carrier from 
Japan on 774.  As for rest, even the carriers were weak or 
non-existant.   First time I've had zero audio in quite some time.
