[IRCA] 810 WSYW still having sign off issues

If you need 250 watt ND daytimer WSYW, there still is time, apparently.
They have had timer / automation issues for months.  Sign off should be
1730 EST but they are on at least until 2015.  Slogan is "La Joya" (sounds
like hoya).
