[IRCA] 1230 Astoria OR is now KVAS, ex KKEE

1230   KVAS OR, Astoria is back to C&W after being ESPN the past several
years, Classic Country "The Spirit of the West" is the new slogan. 
   Sounds much like they did when I worked there in the 70s.
