Their license was granted on the basis of them rebroadcasting the religious 
programming of Radio Ville-Marie, so there is no doubt that they will be 
doing just that in the long run.  The 1350 and 1670 stations currently share 
the same transmitter site, so the current parallel audio feed is probably 
just a matter of convenience during testing.
