Conditions down from previous mornings.  No second tier stations heard.
 
153     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1412 fair signal with man in Russian.  
189     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1413 weak signal with man in Russian.
279     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1414 good signal with man in Russian.
594     JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1415 weak signal with man in Japanese.
657     DPR OF KOREA, 1444 fair signal with woman singing.  // 3320.
693     JAPAN, JOAB NHK2 1416 weak to fair signal with a lot of splatter.
774     JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1421 weak signal and extremely heavy splatter.
          Good signal at 1448 with woman in Japanese.  3+1 on TOH.
828     JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1448 good signal with woman in Japanese.
1566   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1423-1426 weak signal at times.
1575   THAILAND, VOA 1510-1513 very weak with some music heard.
