[IRCA] Spanish on 1439.95?

Is anyone else hearing the Spanish language/Mexican Ranchero music station on the low side of 1440? Is Little Rock? I've been listening for a while, no IDs.

Listening from suburban St. Louis, Missouri, USA, with an omnidirectional outdoor wire (so I'm afraid I don't have a loop bearing to give you) .
