[IRCA] KAZ Antenna Query and two TA Unids

Hello guys, my first time posting to the list.

First of all I am a KAZ fan, had great success with one a couple of 
years ago,
well it was actually a "Super KAZ" with a longish base line of 140'.

I re-erected this ant a few days ago, this time with remote termination 
control
as per the (Mark Connelly, WA1ION ) design, using the Mini-Circuits 
balun over a
home-brew model on the previous KAZ, and power feed down the coax.
Only difference form the published article is my use of 1mh chokes 
instead of the stated 2.2mh,
all I had in the junk box !

I am getting a shallow NULL on the on the lower portion of of the MW band.
However I have a super NULL on LW, and can take out the strong162 from 
France
which is where the NULL direction should be.

Any help would be appreciated.

TA prop has been very poor from this side (Europe) of the Atlantic so 
far this season.
Logged two unids on 650 & 820 this morning just after SR, both seemed to 
be carrying
religious programming with no call id's during the very short time they were
audible, as is usual for these stations !
