this morning on the channels.  

153      RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1335-1340 fair with music and talk.
189      RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1349 weak with music.
279      RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1350 good with music.
594      JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1351 fair at times with woman in Japanese.
            1412 Strong signal with man in Japanese.
639      CHINA, CRN1 1410-1412 weak with talk.
657      DPR OF KOREA, 1417-1419 fair at times with woman singing.
693      JAPAN, JOAB NHK2 fair with ending of English Conversation Program.
747      JAPAN, JOIK NHK2 1359 fair to weak and covered in KXL splatter.
774      JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1358 good signal with music.  "Are you ready?
            here we go" starting of English Conversation Program at 1400.
828      JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1423-1425 weak signal and a lot of splatter.
1566    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1355 weak with talk.
