It was JOUB 774 kHz I heard. I apologize for my
earlier error. There was weak Japanese language
audio on 774 khz at 1058 fading out at 1101 UTC.
Nothing heard afterward and sunrise was a washout.
Conditions were better at the end of last week.
Sadly it's nowhere near as good as the past couple of
years.
Hoping for better DX tomorrow.
