[IRCA] TP for 17 Oct 2011 from Victoria: what TP?

As others have said, what an awful morning.  Listened between 13:36 and
14:30, vainly awaiting the dawn enhancement that never materialized.  No
indications from the solar indices:  SF 151 A 7 K (12:00) 0.  No space
weather past 24, nor predicted for next 24 hours.  A few just there fleeting
audios, all on my west directed corner fed loop.  "6" unless otherwise
noted:

LW:  189, 279
529:  SQM
612:  6.5 at 14:09
738
774:  Barely a 7 at 14:14
792, 936
972:  7 level
1008
1098:  7 level OC at 14:20
1116, 1134, 1152, 1287
1323:  6.5 level
1548:  7.5 level, strongest of the morning from DU, but with +++ splatter.
 "Strongest" of the morning.  YUK!
1566:  HLAZ 7 at 13:37
