One new station for this season with JOQR Japan coming in late this
morning with music and talk.  JOUB 774 heard with www address at
1414 for NHK.  

153            RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1328 steady weak signal.
189            RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1330 weak signal.
279            RUSSIA, Radio Rossii  1329 fair signal.
657            DPR OF KOREA, 1412 weak signal with man in Korean, // 3250.
693            JAPAN, JOAB NHK2 1355 fair with music and splatter.
747            JAPAN, JOIB NHK2 1356 fair with music and splatter.
774            JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1320-1357 fair to good with English conversation program.
                  1414 have NHK internet address in English, fair signal.
828            JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1332 very weak.
972            REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLCA 1423 weak with woman in Korean.
1134          JAPAN, JOQR 1428-1434 in and out with weak to fair signal.  Program was
                  music and Japanese talk.  Not heard in a while.  Faded out at 1434.
1566          REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1344   fair.
