[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 10-8

Hello All,

Yesterday's vibrant Asian signals didn't show up again on MW this
morning, although the Japanese big guns and a few others had decent
strength. 594-JOAK and 747-JOIB were doing well around 1400, and
603-HLSA was just as strong as yesterday with Korean speech around
1402. One bright spot this morning was fairly good audio from 936-Anhui
(China), with female-voiced news in Chinese around 1407

signals were fairly mediocre this morning, though. Longwave Radio
Rossii stations on 153 and 189 kHz were at fair-good levels just after
1300, along with 164-Mongolia at threshold audio level (for three days
in a row, // 4895 kHz).
