[IRCA] 1560 weather and 1580 HSFB unIDs

1560 and 1580 unIDs Any comments on the following are appreciated:

1580 - Sep 30 1940 EDT - "This is the high school football...(sounds like Virginia)...1580 AM" at 00:39 of the 1580 clip.  Am I the only one who hears "Virginia" (which would point to Danville)? Weak under CKDO Oshawa ON.

1560 - Oct 1 0703 EDT - At 00:52 it sounds like "...from the WKTVY weather center." A real jumble in there, maybe referring to the 1560 station, or another station, or even a TV affiliate. Mixing with NYC Radio Disney.
