I listened to 670 this morning (9/22/11) again hearing "La Voz Consuelo" at 1135-1207 UTC.  At 1202, there was a station announcement containing "en Coahuila" and "Grupo Radio México".  So the station is XETOR, Torreón, Coahuila.
