[IRCA] TP's for Thursday 09/15/11

Poor Asian conditions this morning.  Only one Russian long-wave and that
was a poor signal.  Lately here the action does not start until after 1300 utc.
A few DU's came in before sunrise.  Will be interesting to read what other
DXers heard this morning.

180        Russia, Radio Rossii 1247 poor signal with music.
594       Japan, JOAK 1327 very weak with woman in Japanese.
693       Japan, JOAB 1328 very weak.
702       Australia, 2BL? 1337 weak signal.  DU accented male speaker.
738       Tahiti, 1339 fair with two men in French.  
774       Japan, JOUB 1330 weak with man in Japanese and covered in splatter.
828       Japan, JOBB 1317 brief Japanese, then faded into splatter.  
891       Australia, 5AN 1332 woman reading news, report for the BBC.  Fair signal.  
             Best on High Performance Whip.     
1566      Republic of Korea, HLAZ 1301 fair with man in Japanese.  Good for a 
             few seconds at 1308.
